- Ang campaign na ito ay tatakbo mula 1 – 30 September 2023.
- Partner Eligibility:
- Ang Shopee Epic Bonus Challenge ay bukas lamang sa mga Partners na nasa Influencer category na may social media bilang the main property para sa promotion.
- Shopee Epic Bonus Challenge ay bukas lamang sa Partners na nagpopromote ng Shopee PH. Anumang affiliate links, promotions, at conversions sa labas ng Offer ay hindi eligible para sa campaign.
- Paano mag-qualify para sa bonus:
- Ang Partners ay dapat mag-promote ng Shopee PH mula 1 – 30 September 2023.
- Ang Partners ay magiging eligible para sa bonus kung mapapanatili o maitataas ang kanilang Shopee PH performance tier para sa September (base sa August comparison).
- Bonus Payment:
- Ang Partners na eligible para sa Bonus ay iaanunsyo sa unang linggo ng October.
- Ang Partners na eligible para sa Bonus ay kokontakin ng Involve Asia team gamit ang email na nakarehistro sa kanilang Involve Asia Partner account.
- Ang Bonus i-uupload sa kanilang Involve Asia account sa huling linggo ng October.
- Ang Involve Asia ay may karapatang i-disqualify ang conversions kung malamang ito ay invalid, mapanlinlang, o base sa aming paghuhusga. Ang iyong Partner account ay agad na madidisqualify sa campaign.
- These General Campaign Terms and Conditions shall apply to all ongoing and future campaigns by Involve Asia Technologies Sdn Bhd and shall be deemed and read as an integral part of each individual campaign terms and conditions. Any reference in this document to the Terms and Conditions shall be in reference to both the General Campaign Terms and Conditions and each individual campaign terms and conditions unless stated otherwise.
- Involve Asia Technologies Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend, delete, or vary these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion by giving seven (7) days prior notice of such amendment, deletion or variation and the user shall be bound to such changes. Such notice shall be posted on Involve Asia Technologies Sdn Bhd’s website.
- Involve Asia Technologies Sdn Bhd shall be entitled to take any form of action against a user who abuses the campaign, including but is not limited to, any suspicious activities, or any attempts to circumvent the Terms and Conditions herein.
- Involve Asia Technologies Sdn Bhd’s decision shall be final. Any correspondence pertaining to the decision made by Involve Asia Technologies Sdn Bhd will not be entertained.
- This Terms & Conditions may also be available in the Bahasa Malaysia, Thai and Indonesian language. In the event of any inconsistency, conflict, ambiguity or discrepancy between the English version and the Bahasa Malaysia, Thai or Indonesian version of this Terms & Conditions, the English version of this Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
- In the event any campaigns involve merchants, the relevant participating merchant’s reserves the right to revise its terms and conditions without prior notice. Users’ participation in the relevant campaign shall be further subjected to the participating merchant’s terms and conditions.
- This Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the campaign shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian Courts.
