By participating in this campaign, Partners hereby agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with General Involve Asia Campaign Terms and Conditions. 

It is your responsibility to fully understand and accept the terms & conditions of this campaign should you choose to participate.

1. This campaign starts on 14 August 2023 and will end on 16 September 2023, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”), unless notified otherwise.
2. An additional Bonus Payout is only applicable to Partners who are promoting offers available in this campaign. This is additional on top of your normal commission on the offer.

   2.1 The bonus payout will be allocated as a one-time payment when Partners apply, promote and be the Top 10th, 20th, 30th, 40th, and 50th Partner who earn RM300 and above approved payout between 14 August 2023 and 16 September 2023.

3. Partners will receive RM600 or RM150 Bonus Payout per account depending on their ranking

   3.1 For example, if you are ranked 10th during this campaign, a bonus of RM600 will be awarded.

   3.2 For example, if you are ranked 30th during this campaign, a bonus of RM600 will be awarded.

   3.3 For example, if you are ranked 12th during this campaign, a bonus of RM150 will be awarded.

   3.4 For example, if you are ranked 35th during this campaign, a bonus of RM150 will be awarded.

4. The Top 50 Partners selected from this campaign will see their status as pending after the campaign period (16 September 2023). They will only get their bonus upon validating that their approved payout is RM300 and above.
5. The Top 10th, 20th, 30th, 40th, and 50th Partner will be selected based on highest payout ranking.

       5.1 Partner who earns the most will be at the top of the ranking.

   6. Bonus Payouts will be processed subject to approved payout.

   7. There will be 2 validation periods for this campaign – 16th December 2023  and 16th March 2024.

8. If your payout is approved with an amount of RM300 and above between 16th September 2023 to 15th December 2023, you will receive your bonus on 16th December 2023.
9. If your payout is approved with an amount of RM300 and above between 16th December 2023 to 15th March 2024, you will receive your bonus on 16th March 2024.

   10. If your status still remains as pending with a payout amount of RM300 and above after 15th March 2024, your bonus will be credited immediately on the 16th March 2023.

  11. Partners are advised to check each Offer’s validation date in order to avoid any delay in bonus payout.

12. Bonus Payouts will be paid in Malaysian Ringgit currency, the actual payout may vary depending on prevailing MYR/IDR exchange rate on the date the bonus is issued.

1. The #MerdekaBersamaInvolveMY Social Media Campaign (“The Campaign”) is valid from 28 August – 16 September 2023 only (“Campaign Period”).
2. The Campaign is organised by Involve Asia Technologies Sdn Bhd (201201032669) (1017157-V) (“The Company”).
3. The Campaign is only valid for Instagram followers of The Company’s official Instagram Account: @involveasia
4. Partners are required to do the following during the Campaign Period:
   • Post an Instagram story of themselves with a Merdeka-themed outfit, tag @involveasia on the Instagram story with the hashtag #MerdekaBersamaInvolveMY, and;
   • Comment on our @involveasia Instagram post on “What does Merdeka mean to you”, and tag THREE (3) friends in your answer in the comment.
5. THREE (3) winners shall be chosen from this campaign based on the creativity of the outfit and answer. 
6. Each winner will win a RM50.00 Grab Gift Card.
7. The winners will be announced on The Company’s Instagram Post, and Story (@involveasia) on 5 October 2023, and be contacted via email. 
8. The Company can, at its own discretion, disqualify conversions as they see fit.
9. The Company shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with notice to the users if the user is found to have breached any of The Company’s Terms and Conditions.

1. General Campaign Terms and Conditions shall apply to all ongoing and future campaigns by Involve Asia Technologies Sdn Bhd and shall be deemed and read as an integral part of each individual campaign terms and conditions. Any reference in this document to the Terms and Conditions shall be in reference to both the General Campaign Terms and Conditions and each individual campaign terms and conditions unless stated otherwise.
2. Involve Asia Technologies Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend, delete, or vary these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion by giving seven (7) days prior notice of such amendment, deletion or variation and the user shall be bound to such changes. Such notice shall be posted on Involve Asia Technologies Sdn Bhd’s website.
3. Involve Asia Technologies Sdn Bhd shall be entitled to take any form of action against a user who abuses the campaign, including but is not limited to, any suspicious activities, or any attempts to circumvent the Terms and Conditions herein.
4. Involve Asia Technologies Sdn Bhd’s decision shall be final. Any correspondence pertaining to the decision made by Involve Asia Technologies Sdn Bhd will not be entertained.
5. Terms & Conditions may also be available in the Bahasa Malaysia, Thai and Indonesian language. In the event of any inconsistency, conflict, ambiguity or discrepancy between the English version and the Bahasa Malaysia, Thai or Indonesian version of this Terms & Conditions, the English version of this Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
6. In the event any campaigns involve merchants, the relevant participating merchant’s reserves the right to revise its terms and conditions without prior notice. Users’ participation in the relevant campaign shall be further subjected to the participating merchant’s terms and conditions.
7. Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the campaign shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian Courts.
