Validation
TL;DR – Validation is the process by which an advertiser reviews and confirms that a recorded conversion is legitimate before approving the commission for payout. A conversion that has been tracked does not automatically mean a commission is earned — it must first pass the advertiser’s validation check. On Involve Asia, validation periods or validation terms range from 14 to 60 days, depending on the offer, and directly affect when your commissions become available to withdraw.
What Is Validation?
Validation is the review stage between a conversion being recorded and a commission being paid. When a user clicks your affiliate link and completes a qualifying action — a purchase, a sign-up, an app install — the conversion is captured immediately in your Involve Asia dashboard. But the commission is not paid out at that point.
Instead, the conversion enters a validation queue. The advertiser reviews it to confirm it was genuine: the order was not cancelled or returned, the lead was not fraudulent, the action met all the offer’s qualifying conditions, and the promotion method used was approved. Only after passing this review does the commission move forward toward the payment stage.
Validation exists to protect advertisers from paying for conversions that are later reversed, fraudulent, or non-compliant — and to ensure that the commissions paid to partners reflect real, measurable results.
