Step-by-Step Guide to Using Marketplace Insights
Step 1: Navigate to Marketplace Insights
Go to “Reports” in the top menu bar and select “Marketplace Insights.”
Step 2: View Product or Seller Performance
Click the ‘Top Products’ or ‘Top Sellers’ tab to see how products or sellers perform.
Choose a specific time period from the dropdown in the top right corner to view performance data.
Note: Insights are available for Marketplace Offers for the last six months, with data updated two days after a conversion occurs through your affiliate link.
Step 3: Filter Results
Customise your view using the ‘Filter’ option, which allows you to sort by Shop Name, Offer, or Category.
To refine further, use ‘Sort by’ to organise data by Conversions, Total Sales, or Estimated Earnings.
Conversions in the report are from all statuses except ‘Invalid’. Learn more about the status of conversions here.
