Conversion Flow

TL;DRConversion flow is the sequence of steps from a user clicking an affiliate link to a commission being confirmed and paid. Each step in the flow — click, action, validation, payout — must be completed correctly for a publisher to earn. On Involve Asia, the conversion flow for a specific offer is listed on the offer page.

What Is a Conversion Flow?

A conversion flow maps the journey a referred user takes from first click to completed result — and the corresponding steps the platform takes to track, verify, and pay the commission.

A typical conversion flow looks like this: a user clicks a publisher’s affiliate link, lands on the advertiser’s page, completes the required action (a purchase, sign-up, or install), and the platform records the conversion. The advertiser then validates the result during the validation term, confirms it’s genuine, and the commission moves toward payout.

Understanding the conversion flow matters because a breakdown at any step means the commission isn’t earned. A click that doesn’t set a cookie correctly, a purchase on a different device, or a sale that’s later returned can all interrupt the flow before a commission is confirmed.

Conversion Flow on Involve Asia

On Involve Asia, the conversion flow from a publisher’s perspective follows clear stages. A user clicks the publisher’s tracking link and lands on the advertiser’s page. If they complete the qualifying action, a conversion is recorded and the commission appears as Pending in the dashboard.

The advertiser then reviews and validates the sale during their validation term. Once approved, the commission moves to Pending Advertiser Collection, meaning it’s confirmed but awaiting collection from the advertiser. After collection, it is added to the publisher’s withdrawable balance — ready to be requested once the minimum withdrawal amount is met.
