Publisher vetting is how affiliate platforms and advertisers decide who gets access to their offers. Before a publisher can start promoting, the platform reviews basic details: who they are, what channels they run, and how they plan to drive traffic.
This protects advertisers from low-quality traffic, fake accounts, or promotion methods that don’t fit their brand. It also protects the platform’s reputation, since every publisher represents the advertisers they promote.
Vetting can happen at different stages. Some platforms review publishers once, at sign-up. Others add a second layer of review for specific advertisers or offers, especially if the brand has strict requirements on where and how their products are promoted.
Publisher Vetting on Involve Asia
When a publisher signs up on Involve Asia, the platform reviews their profile within 2 business days before granting access to the dashboard. This confirms the publisher is a real partner with a genuine channel to promote on.
After approval, individual offers may require a second review. Offers marked Instant Apply are approved automatically, so publishers can promote right away. Offers marked Apply go through a manual review, typically taking 24 to 48 hours, before the button updates to Promote.
This two-layer approach lets advertisers control exactly who promotes their brand, while giving publishers a clear path from sign-up to earning across 500+ brands.
