Shopple T&C
- This campaign will run from 14th March 2022 to 30th April 2022.
- Partners will only be rewarded with the total Bonus after all 3 account activation steps are accomplished within the duration of this campaign.
- If Partner is unable to complete all steps within the duration of this campaign, Partner will not be rewarded with any bonus.
- CPS Conversions must happen during this campaign period.
- Conversions made through any CPUC Offers or other excluded Offers (at the discretion of Involve) for this campaign will not be eligible or tracked as an achievable step towards the bonus. Conversions must be CPS based.
- This bonus campaign is only exclusive to invited Partners. Partners who did not receive emails regarding this campaign will not be eligible to receive any bonus from this campaign.
- There is a maximum of RM13,464 available to be paid out for this campaign.
- Bonus Payout Information:
- All Bonus Payouts for this campaign will be uploaded as a conversion under Involve Bonus Payout in your Involve Asia Partner account with details of the Bonus indicated in Advertiser Sub IDs.
- Event name of any Bonus will usually be indicated in Advertiser Sub ID 1.
- Bonus Payouts for this campaign will be processed within a month after the campaign has ended.
- Bonus Payouts will be paid in Malaysian Ringgit currency.
- This General Campaign Terms and Conditions shall apply to all ongoing and future campaigns by Involve Asia Technologies Sdn Bhd and shall be deemed and read as an integral part of each individual campaign terms and conditions. Any reference in this document to the Terms and Conditions shall be in reference to both the General Campaign Terms and Conditions and each individual campaign terms and conditions unless stated otherwise.
- Involve Asia Technologies Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend, delete, or vary these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion by giving seven (7) days prior notice of such amendment, deletion or variation and the user shall be bound to such changes. Such notice shall be posted on Involve Asia Technologies Sdn Bhd’s website.
- Involve Asia Technologies Sdn Bhd shall be entitled to take any form of action against a user who abuses the campaign, including but is not limited to, any suspicious activities, or any attempts to circumvent the Terms and Conditions herein.
- Involve Asia Technologies Sdn Bhd’s decision shall be final. Any correspondence pertaining to the decision made by Involve Asia Technologies Sdn Bhd will not be entertained.
- This Terms & Conditions may also be available in the Bahasa Malaysia, Thai and Indonesian language. In the event of any inconsistency, conflict, ambiguity or discrepancy between the English version and the Bahasa Malaysia, Thai or Indonesian version of this Terms & Conditions, the English version of this Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
- In the event any campaigns involve merchants, the relevant participating merchant’s reserves the right to revise its terms and conditions without prior notice. Users’ participation in the relevant campaign shall be further subjected to the participating merchant’s terms and conditions.
- This Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the campaign shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian Courts.
