Application Status
TL;DR — Application status shows where a publisher stands in the process of getting approved to promote a specific offer. It moves through stages from not yet applied, to pending review, to approved and ready to promote. On Involve Asia, the status is visible directly on each offer’s button — showing Instant Apply, Apply, Pending, or Promote depending on where the application is in the process.
What Is Application Status?
Application status is the current state of a publisher’s request to promote a specific offer. Since not all offers are open to every publisher automatically, the status tells a publisher whether they need to apply, are waiting for a decision, or are already approved and ready to generate links.
The status matters because it determines whether a publisher can access a tracking link for that offer. A publisher who hasn’t been approved yet can’t generate a link, even if they’re approved for other offers from the same platform.
Some offers approve publishers automatically on application, while others go through a manual review. The application status reflects which type of offer it is and where the publisher sits in that process.
Application Status on Involve Asia
On Involve Asia, application status is shown through the button state on each offer’s page in the Advertiser Directory. There are four possible states a publisher will see.
Instant Apply means the offer approves automatically — clicking it immediately changes the button to Promote, with no waiting time. Apply means the offer requires a manual review, typically taking 24 to 48 hours. Once submitted, the button changes to Pending while the application is being reviewed. Once approved, the button updates to Promote — clicking it gives the publisher their tracking link immediately.
