What is an Affiliate Program?

An Affiliate Program is an arrangement where an Advertiser provides suggested deals & creative banners and pays commissions to Affiliate Partners for traffic or sales generated from their recommendations.

Partners can easily search for the products or services they like and promote them using an affiliate link, earning them a profit from each sale they make through Affiliate Marketing.

Here's how you can earn a commission as an Involve Partner:

Log in to your Involve dashboard.
Find brands to promote in the "Advertiser Directory", then click the promote button to generate a link for a quick brand recommendation.
Alternatively, click the "Create Deeplink" button to start creating your deeplink to promote a specific brand's product.
Once generated, you can start promoting the product you wish to promote to your online followers.

How can one join an Affiliate Network?

Sign up and create an account to kick off Affiliate Marketing with Involve Asia. Select your preferred social platforms, submit your application, and wait for approval.

After being accepted, visit Involve's Dashboard to review the affiliate programs and submit an application before you can start promoting the brands you wish to recommend.Learn more about how to elevate your performance through an affiliate network here.

How are Affiliate commissions calculated?

You can find the answers to the above questions by visiting the Offer Page for the brands you want to promote.

Metrics to Understand	Explanation
Validation & Payment Info	Validation and payment information differ by brand. It takes time for Advertisers to validate and for you to receive payment based on a sale to ensure that there is no fraud or that the consumer cancelled the sale. Example: If someone makes a purchase through your link on 15 December, your conversion will be recorded that same day. However, the validation period will begin on the first day of the following month, 1 January until 4 February (35 days from the following month). Once the Advertiser has validated your offers, you must wait another 40 days for the Advertiser to provide payment to Involve Asia before receiving your payment.
Cookie Period	Depending on the Advertiser's requirements, a cookie can last as long as they want. Example: You promoted a brand's product on social media, and your followers clicked the link. Even if they leave the site and return a few days later to make a purchase, you will still receive credit and commission because the cookie is stored in the user's browser.
Commission Structure	The Commission Structure also depends on the brands you want to promote and determines how much you will earn for a specific category. Example: You will earn a 4.2% commission for each successful sale by promoting a fashion brand registered under Involve Asia.

How can I track the performance of my Affiliate campaigns?

Tracking your affiliate performance is essential so you may know your progress and whether your promotion strategy is working.

Here's how you can track your performance as an Involve Partner:

Log in to your Involve dashboard
Find "Reports" > "Performance Report" in the top header in the navigation menu
Then, filter your "Date Range", "Advertiser Name", or "Campaign Type" in the Performance Review section.
To personalise your search, head to "More Options" to filter specific information about your previously generated deeplink.

How are Affiliate payments made?

You can withdraw your payments once your conversion has been tracked based on how soon you want to withdraw your funds.

Please keep in mind that there are various types of withdrawals that you can use to withdraw your earnings.

Three (3) types of withdrawals

Self Withdrawal: Your payment amount will appear in the "Available Funds to Withdraw" once the Advertiser has paid us for your authorised conversions.
Early Withdrawal: The approved commission that has not yet been paid by the Advertiser. While you wait for the Advertiser to pay you, you can take your earnings for approved conversions.
Express Withdrawal: The commission for conversions that are still pending and have not yet been validated by the Advertiser.

Method of Payment

There are two (2) ways to withdraw your earnings:

Paypal (only available in MYR)
Wire transfer (also known as bank transfer)

Waiting Period

You will receive your payment within ten (10) working days from the date you submitted your payment request.

How do I earn in Affiliate Marketing?

Affiliate Marketing is a platform to earn money online by promoting other people's products or services.

As an Involve Partner, you must generate your Involve Affiliate link using the Deeplink Generator before sharing it with your online friends.

So once you've created and shared your affiliate link, there will be a cookie period, tracked when users visit your site and click on banners or links from the Advertiser's website.

Even if they leave the site and return a few days later to make a purchase, you will still receive credit and commission.

A cookie stored in an Advertiser's browser may remain active for as long as the Offer Page specifies, depending on the Advertiser's requirements.

Do all Affiliate Programs require me to have a website?

No, you do not need to own a website to become an affiliate with Involve. You can become a Partner by owning other properties such as a blog, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.

To start earning affiliate commissions with us, you must create an Involve Asia account or log in, add your property, and select which property you want to use.
