What Is Conversion Creation?
Conversion creation is the technical event that occurs when a user completes the required action for an offer — placing an order, filling a form, installing an app — and the affiliate platform records a new conversion entry linked to the publisher who drove that traffic.
A conversion is created when three conditions align: a tracked click from the publisher’s affiliate link, a completed qualifying action within the offer’s cookie window, and a successful handshake between the advertiser’s platform and the affiliate tracking system that confirms the event happened.
The conversion creation moment is important because it starts the commission lifecycle. From this point, the commission moves through validation, collection, and payout — but none of those stages exists without the initial conversion being created and recorded.
Conversion Creation on Involve Asia
On Involve Asia, a conversion is described as a transaction — any purchase or qualifying service completed by a publisher’s referred user. Once created, it appears in the Conversion Report under the Reports tab in the publisher dashboard.
For real-time tracking offers, conversions appear in the dashboard within minutes of being created. For manual tracking offers, creation still happens at the time of the transaction, but the conversion only becomes visible in the dashboard when the advertiser uploads it on their scheduled cycle. If a conversion doesn’t appear, checking the offer’s track type is the first step before submitting a missing conversion report.
